Pump failed under 10 hours use

Brand new unit. Worked great, but now pump leaking and only one mister working. Now they say I have to pay for shipping back and to actually have to take the thing apart and install the replacement. Who are these guys that can sell these for over $1,000 and then provide no support. The tech guy on the phone had no suggestions for me.I love the idea, but I think I wasted $1,000 on this thing. Don't sell it on Ebay until you figure out how to provide a unit that works. At over a year if this happens you get nothing.
