The mfg will tell you not to add them, and theres prob some safety or liability reason, but to me its helpful and I'm an adult not worried about kids, etc. I got some expanding stem casters, since the legs are metal which would be hard to drill into, and had to add a small wooden shim inside next to each since the hollow legs are rectangular in shape. But it works for light rolling around! The unit itself seems good quality, I filled it up w a mix of coconut coir and garden soil. So far no leaks, watering system seems to work well. Great price and seems to be good quality!
