Review on Aqueon NeoGlow Hexagon Orange Aquarium by Everett Makori

Bought this as a starter tank for my son for Christmas. I have several complaints. The dome light has no slots for the heating cable or aerator tube, so all you have to do is get it working and the dome now sits like a sealant. Also, I think the pump is too strong for the tank because of the hex shape. Almost the entire aquarium is very turbulent, which causes the feed to go straight to the bottom and is out of reach for the fish, resulting in unpleasant dirty water much sooner than usual. Also the fish seem very tense, we had 4 Glofish, 2 Tetras and 2 of some other species. All had trouble getting sucked into the filter throat. I would not recommend this item.
