We have a lot of rescue dogs and use 16 packs of this product a month. Overall satisfied with the health it offers our pets. However, 2 problems seem to recur: - Banks - about 1 in 2 or 3 cases - have significant air bubbles. They are not visible when opened, the level of material in the can "appears" to be correct, but when you empty the can there may be a golf ball sized air bubble in the bottom center of the material. We didn't attempt to weigh each can before opening, but I suspect there is a difference in the amount of material. A more serious issue noted by other reviewers is the amount of dented cans in the boxes. I have included a case where 10 out of 12 cans were dented. If this were an issue for Revains shipping boxes, that would be one thing, but some boxes appear to have dented cans - with side dents - in the center of the sealed box, with no dented cans around the perimeter. So some of the boxes looked like they had been dented in transit after being packed, but some of them were certainly dented during production making it a 12 can case. Crumpled cans are a problem. If the glass has been damaged and air has entered through a crack in the glass, it could be botulism or other bacteria. Every can that has even the smallest dent is carefully inspected by us. A bit worrying - wish this was investigated.
