If you can only have one pressure cooker accessory, this is it. This is a large basket that packs compactly and is really sturdy. Folding for storage is the feature that led me to this item, but it's my most used accessory that stays in the instant pot. It's easy to clean and holds a lot more than the metal jig that came with the pot. The basket's silicone handles snap easily to stay off the sides of the pot and are cool enough to be touched within a minute of removing the lid. The bottom is really firm and high enough to put some liquid under the steamer. Some unexpected pluses: Great strainer. Replaces the egg holder. It fits in my small (4-5 cup) mixing bowl, which is great for mixing food in the bowl without having to fiddle with a metal rack. Like all silicones, it retains odors, but so far I've had no trouble transferring scents from one use to the next.
