If you really need a digital way to edit and control your ECU, there are plenty *real* products for that, but be aware that there is absolutely no point in changing your ECU settings if you have a stock engine like the factory die Settings are designed for maximum performance without compromising your engine's reliability and longevity. For example, why fill an engine with more coolant or flood the air intake with more air/fuel mixture when the engine itself isn't warm enough or modified enough to be usable? Modify your actual intake and exhaust tract and go the turbo/supercharger route if you want more power, but then be prepared to modify other areas of your engine to compensate. Better yet, just buy another car you like when it's available, or use a custom engine or upgrade.
