I bought these to raise my bed to a height where I can store 13" bins underneath. I have a queen size bed with metal frame and wheels. made and very stable BUT as they are in no way level at the bottom the higher you stack them the more unstable they become under a raised bed. I put 4 of these on each leg under the wheels of my bed. Although the pictures and description say it is possible to fit the wide wheels into the groove at the top of the unit, it does not sit stable in any way. The bed fell over when I was changing the sheets. I would NOT use them can lift a bed over 2 blocks high and even then the wheel frames need some other way to properly secure the wheel or just consider the fact that you may need to remove the wheels. I plan on leaving them as they are so durable but I am using them for another piece of furniture where people don't go.
