Great Radio - Marine Electronics

Better radio than I expected. It is loaded with so many features. It's easy to set up. The speaker sound is very clear. I really like the GPS DSC option. There are several videos online to help you learn more about the HX890. It feels very well made and feels good in the hand. What it lacks is the ability to charge without a stand. I love that it comes with a 12v boat adapter, but you still need to bring your charging cradle. I'll order another one and leave it on the boat. Overall I would say this is a very good radio that should last a very long time.
