It was easy! I use it to dice onions so I don't cry when I cut them by hand! I also use it to cut french fries. The lace knife can cut russet potatoes and sweet potatoes. I also used a waffle cutter to make waffle slices from french fries. Works for both rusty and sweet potatoes! Please take special care not to cut your hand!
