Review on MeFee RGB Laptop Cooling Pad: Powerful 6-Fan Cooler for 15.6-21 Inch Gaming Laptops with Button Control and Sleek Metal Panel by Neil Biondo

I recently bought a new Lenovo Y740 17 inch laptop. According to Core Temp, the Y740 gets very hot and barely fits on my Cooler Master NotePal ErgoStand III. So much so that I wanted to get something more: enter the MeFee RGB Laptop Cooling Pad for a 15.6-21 inch professional gaming laptop cooler with 6 silent fans. - Automatic shutdown of the LCD display. Cons: - The description/FAQ correctly states that the light can be turned off. You don't notice that they turn on every time the device loses power. I'm not interested in fighting center stage LEDs. In a seedy topless bar, the lights pulse every time I restart. - The lights on the fans themselves cannot be turned off. For $50, at least put something sticky in it.- With the caveat that I'm sensitive to loud noises, the fans produce an unbearable ce resonance at any setting above 3. Like they're fighting each other or a little bit unbalanced. The fans are ridiculously loud compared to the Cooler Master NotePal ErgoStand III, and the temperature improvement is negligible. I'll tolerate a loud noise if it's of any use, but the incessant buzzing ended the deal in just a couple of hours. The LCD display is partly in a foreign language. Do the characters appear in Chinese or Korean? Why should they do this? It's not in the pictures! The Revain images show the chrome front. This is not what you get. It's all mesh. I prefer the grid, but still. Show us real photos! - I didn't notice "ICE COOREL" on the pictures above. I saw it one day and to be honest I'm a bit confused by it, all I could think of was a lame 50's movie with someone trying to mimic an Asian accent. Feelings are not PC at all. - If you press the keys too many times, they will freeze and do nothing. This required a reboot. If the cooler was $20 I might have tried lobotomizing the LEDs so they never turn on and messed with the fans to fix the hum. For $50 they can get their ICE COOREL back.
