22 grams of vegan protein per 40 gram serving. The taste is normal, slightly sweet.

Added this powder to my morning coffee to start the day with some plant-based protein and superfoods. The taste was ok, nothing special. He seemed a little cute. I used about 1 scoop, 20 grams of powder due to the size of my coffee mug, which is roughly the recommendation of 2 scoops per 500ml of liquid. I added a little to the almond milk to test the purity and I wasn't blown away by the taste. It's tolerable, but I would suggest using it in a flavored drink or smoothie with other dominant flavors. There are a few good things: no cholesterol, 8 carbs (6 grams of fiber and less than 1 gram of total sugar). ) and 22 grams of protein. Cons: 5 grams total fat, of which 2.6 grams saturated fat, and only 16 servings per container. In the Product Description section, they show a table stating that this product contains USDA Organic ingredients. There is no USDA organic certification/plaque on the product label. Additionally, none of the ingredients mention an organic component. Based on the label, it is not USDA Organic or any other organic ingredients. Based on these impressions and considerations, this vegan protein blend is rated 3.75 to 4 stars.
