I love the size and strength of these little wheels. Ball bearings are smooth. HOWEVER, the polyurethane wheel itself is defective. The wheel itself is either improperly manufactured or improperly designed. There is a flat spot on all four wheels. If you roll, which you roll often, these 4 flat dots give you four times TUM-TOM-TOM-TOM-TOM for every 4.712 inches / 125.66mm you roll. The solution to this problem is to move slowly, then the knocking will be imperceptible. Good when you're moving slowly, but annoying when you want to move faster than a spider. Three stars because I've only had it a week. It can be lower as it tires my patience.
