The e-collar comes in a hard plastic case with many options. The charger is a 2-in-1 charger and you can charge the collar and remote control at the same time. The battery life is incredible, we had 2 weeks and only charged it once. There is a battery indicator on the collar and remote control. We used short barbs as our dog is a TW dog and has a short coat. The remote control is easy to use and can be attached to a belt. The shock button has braille-like bumps so you know what it is without looking. We don't have to use a shock as it responds very well to the beep and vibrates. The sound is quieter than other collars we have knitted. But it is much more responsive to the frequency of the audio signal, which is a different tone. We love these collars. Highly recommend this training collar. Can't beat the price and quality of the product when you receive it.
