I've had it for a while and I have to say I'm very happy with it. It comes with 3 velcro straps to attach to an armrest (shown) or a clip to attach to a table surface. The soft area is a high-quality gel pad, and both the mouse area and the palm of your hand feel very good. This product has been clearly tested before production. I've found my shoulder hurts when using a standard mouse on a new desk/chair setup, so I got it. Feels very ergonomic and allows me to step away from the table to bend over a bit or use the pedal for exercise while using the mouse for more comfortable browsing. I was concerned it wouldn't be secured to the armrest all the time, especially since I lean on it from time to time, but it holds up like a champ. I highly recommend getting a BlueTooth mouse so the USB cable doesn't get caught in the chair's wheels all the time. You can plug in your USB mouse and leave it on the table for games and the like. Feels a bit like Captain Kirk or whatever, now if only I could get a mini gaming keyboard that attaches to the other armrest. Hm.
