I've been looking for an alarm clock for a long time and I'm very happy that I found the iHome alarm clock! This is exactly what I needed! The controls and features take a little getting used to, but if you play around with it and watch a few videos on how to use it, you'll be fine. I like the color options of the globe although I never use it for a night light. You can also choose the color setting for wake up, sound, music and radio. The alarm clock is loud, but it suits me because I'm a deep sleeper. You can connect your phone via Bluetooth to play music or control your phone with the device. The only annoying thing I found was that your phone is connected to the device. Notifications and keystrokes are heard from the iHome device. That's how iHome becomes your new pair of headphones, if that makes sense. iPhone will show a headphone icon when you're connected to it. But you can disable Bluetooth from your phone if it bothers you. There's also an app that's nice but requires a Bluetooth connection to use. I'll probably call iHome customer service and ask how to fix this. But otherwise it's great!
