Actually there are two parts; a threaded sensor and a 2-hole mount that fits my 4Runner. More honest photos would show two parts. Be sure to fully tighten the sensor in the bracket as the intense heat and subsequent cooling of the exhaust at this point can cause the fit to loosen. The one-piece sensor is what your original was and what I would rather buy too. This caused the CEL light to go out for a few minutes after disconnecting the battery to reset the old code.
