I love them - we have two of these!
We received one as a gift and were definitely skeptical. But it worked and really helped clear out our cheese box and use up all the little bits. So we got the second one and use it for soft cheeses - yes, it works great so ignore the label directions. We store both blue cheese and plain soft cheese in the same warehouse without any problems. No wrappings, raw cheese, both hard and soft cheeses. Now we buy as a gift! And our cheese box is much cleaner and tidier, it also saves plastic, foil etc.
