Sounds ok after installation. The real problem is the document that describes the features and the schematic. First of all I understand engineering grade electronics and know wiring very well and don't often make wiring mistakes. In doing so I connected the wires to the circuit labeled on the unit and had to unplug and plug it back in as the two front left and rear speakers were incorrectly labeled. Strange that the unit I received must be either a newer or older version of what was advertised as the faceplate doesn't match. 1. There are no colored lights on the display. 2. The location of the buttons on the packaging and in the advertisement does not match the location of the buttons on the device itself. Trial and error is necessary to figure out how to get the device working. The manual I received really matched the remote control; but the instructions were written for a completely different radio and therefore did not help when working with the stereo system. This device is intended for those who are already familiar with installing audio components in a car, as there are no instructions for installing them in the dashboard. The saving is I wanted a cheap device that plays radio and USB and that's good for me and that's why I'm happy.
