Excellent product. I bought two! I used a wooden door in a carpeted room and it is holding up great. I love that you can control both the Stopper and Non-Stopper just by pressing with your foot. The second is used for heavy steel commercial doors. I'm sure it will hold up well because of the quality. Installation was very easy, only three screws were included.
