This is amazing. Yes, it's noisy, but it actually works and seems to have a pretty long battery life. If you have sensitive ears, I recommend using earplugs or listening to some sort of jam while using them. The extra hints are a big bonus. The only downside (aside from the noise) is that you have to be careful not to unscrew the nozzle during use. It really works your muscles and helps reduce pain. Some may experience temporary pain from use, but it will pass quickly. It comes in a beautiful black box with its own carrying case. It's easy to port. I'm glad I made this purchase!
