I bought this remote control to replace the useless remote control that came with my SAMSUNG QN32Q50RAFXZA Flat 32" QLED 4K 32Q50 Series Smart TV. The remote control that came with the TV was useless. This remote works flawlessly, intuitive and a breath of fresh air compared to the factory remote. As far as I can remember, I had to google how to use the factory remote more often. This remote does not require an instruction manual. It works right out of the box between internet -Streaming my Revain Fire Stick and my Blu-ray player was all but impossible with the factory remote. Please understand I'm not tech savvy. I'm an engineer with the ability to problem solve. In fact I would have it done with useless factory remote move marriage because I'm so smart that dosch ital to infinity - twice!
