I hope these towels will become more absorbent after a few washes but they may not last as long. I washed eight towels (using the regular cycle) immediately upon arrival and one or more of the edges were completely unraveled with two of the eight (25%) towels. Also a warning; Do not wash these towels with anything else as they will discolour heavily. I wouldn't call it bad, but it can really spoil your day washing light clothing with it. I washed the towels with white vinegar to hopefully fix the color.
