I am very disappointed in this product
This product has worked well for about 3 weeks. But after that, my computer won't recognize this external hard drive anymore. I have to keep turning it on and off. The computer recognizes it only once in thirty attempts. I've tried this on multiple computers, both Mac and PC. Nothing recognizes the hard drive. I tried my other external hard drive because I thought something was wrong with my computer. However, this is not the case either. I am very disappointed in this product.
