I was not very happy with this product

I bought polish from 3 different companies to compare the product and from 3 different companies I was not satisfied with this product. First, the paint was thick and lumpy and the topcoat was runny. I applied a small amount but it ran off the nail bed onto my thumb. Now I'm trying to get it off without ruining my nail polish.
