I couldn't fit an aftermarket downpipe on my car because the factory M8x1.25 locking flange nuts were too big and I couldn't get a 13mm spanner or socket for them. I was about to purchase another item when it showed up in my suggested items. Luckily they did it because they saved my ass! The 10mm wrench size and reduced flange size worked perfectly. The only suggestion I can give you is to use some kind of lube (grease or WD40) on the threads as the crimped stop area of the nuts is very tight and you risk damaging the studs. unless.
