Raising and Lowering feature didn't last.

I like the blinds, however the raising and lowering feature didn't function for very long. There isn't a cord available to adjust the height of the blinds. It moved up or down by the bottom bar opposite the valance. I thought that was neat at first, then at about 3 weeks in, one side began to sag. The only way for these blinds to hang evenly is to keep them all the way down on the window seal.
