snags and won't break through

I'm not very happy with this punch! It doesn't matter whether I use cardboard or thin paper, this punch will eventually get stuck and no longer work. From the bottom of the punch I have to put something in the hole and push really hard to open it! Very annoying! Don't buy this punch!

Silhouette pattern on the base of the punch makes it easy to align the pattern for precise placement of edges
