Based on the chart, I would be a medium however I knew that I wanted the dress to be a little more flowy, so I got a large. The dress is so comfortable! I have worn it with dressy shoes as well as sneakers. It also looks great by itself or with a cardigan. I washed it cold, on the gentle cycle and hung to dry. It looks great, even after washing and didn't shrink.
