Does NOT support 4k 60hz

Does NOT work in 4k 60hz RGB 8bpc. Even changing RGB to YCbCr422 or 444 it refuses to work at 60Hz. When the frequency drops to 30Hz, it works fine. Otherwise, if you crank it up to 60Hz, it'll show half the screen, stretched out and all green and stuff. It seems to be an unstable signal. Since the maximum length of a Passive Ultra High Speed HDMI (48Gbps) cable is around 5m or 15 feet, we've cleared the ground here and unless things are made with quality parts, they just won't work . Powered by my rtx 2080ti so it's not about the bandwidth of the computers. I've tried several other 4k monitors as well as a 4k TV and they all do the same thing. Swapped the cable for a shorter reliable cable and suddenly 4k 60hz works. This cable is GARBAGE if you want to use it for 4k 60hz. But for 1080p 60Hz it will be fine. But again, buy a cheaper 18 gigabit cable and you can stretch that sucker 25 feet. Don't waste your money on this Chinese cable.
