Okay, a few things about this product 1) it smells awful, the best way I can describe it is a junior high school boy going on his first date and snatching his first perfume in a bottle he looked inside his dad's first aid kit and just poured the whole bottle all over himself! 2) It feels like this bottle has been used before. I bought the same brand of shampoo from different sellers and the other bottle was fuller. On the plus side, it feels really good on my scalp! If you've ever used a Nioxin system, you'll get the same great feeling. it only smells worse.
