Love them but needs tweaks

So the quality of the hardware is excellent. Smooth glide and very sturdy. The instructions could be better—pay attention to the pictures! All the measurements on my instructions were perfect so no complaints there. As another reviewer pointed out, the spacers between the wall and the first bar are not big enough. See the pic where the door hardware was hitting the mounting bolt. Frustrating as hell but we removed that washer behind the bolt and that little bit of extra room did the trick…

Very pleased with the hardware and they have the best customer service!

I bought this a year ago, wrote an ok review but stated I was unhappy with the bolts that were sent with it. Unbelievable how the company has bent over backwards to fix the issue. Replace bolts, refund some money without even asking. I love my barn doors! The hardware is beautiful and I am so happy with my purchase.Highly recommend this company!

Wrong part: resolved

UPDATE: seller ultimately (rather reluctantly?) provided me with a different length part after realizing they’d never provided it in the original packaging. It was challenging to get ahold of someone initially, but ultimately there was help.———-FIRST POSTNo one tested this hardware setup prior to selling it. Nice but hard to install

I bought the bypass system so I can install 4 doors and I had to burn few brain cell to make sure everything would work. The rail that attached to the wall was ok but since I had to attach 2 rails to get the length, you have to be careful not to bend the bracket.For the front bypass rail, I followed the measurement on the instruction and the front rail was lower than the wall rail, Why ? I'm not sure. I followed the measurements and I double check everything but it does not line up but no big…

The system works great. Easy sliding rails and installation was fairly easy. Instructions could have been better to include all part numbers vs only some. Had to lay everything out to insure we could understood which parts went where. Tiny little installation booklet. We watched a UTube video to understand where to place brackett’s.

I am giving this product 4 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟 without receiving complete product, because the seller is very helpful. If you have a problem they will go above and beyond to fix the problem.Only thing i didn't like or would've loved to have seen it in the description is that the rails get sent separately. Great hardware, great customer service.

Fantastic hardware and reasonably easy to install. When Best Buy messed up and only sent half the items, the vendor was right on it and sent the second package as soon as I let them know what happened. Excellent customer service. The only improvement would be in the documentation.

Like what I see it for my opinion

At first it seemed intimidating as this was the first time I’ve done something like this but once I started it became easier as you go forward, definitely gives a pop to the room as I’m using this for closet doors. The door guides could be sturdier as its plastic and I opted to order metal ones. Other than that this rail system is very sturdy but I had to use a backer board because the studs weren’t located 16 inches apart which would of been difficult to use but the backer gives it another…

Misprinted directions. great product

Great product everything went together real nice. however the worst thing was the measurements for the door hardware was off and screwed me up. for the first hole in the door said 1 5/16 it should be 1 5/8 inch. made a lot of extra work for me. also was missing 3 nuts.

Sturdy doors and good customer service

Very good construction and sturdy enough to hold heavy doors if you don’t screw straight into drywall. We added a wood header. We received our box slightly damaged and some parts were missing. The company sent the missing parts right away and was easy to correspond with.

These doors are great, work wonderful and we’re easy to install and hold my vintage metal and wood church doors with no problem.

Bad directions, good product

Good product but directions were ultimately useless. There was not a clear order to the directions. We got several steps in only to realize we had to take things apart to get a step that should have been done first. Install took much much longer do to this. Also the chart for where to mount the wheels to the doors was off. We got all the wheels mounted where the directions said only to find they were not mounted high enough and there was not ample space between the rail and the top of the door.

The track was just what we needed to create an office in our bedroom. There were some pieces missing; however, the company responded quickly and sent out replacement parts fast. We purchased 42in doors from Lowe’s online and our contractor installed them beautifully.

Instructions leave much to be desired

The instructions are about the size of a napkin and not very detailed on which pieces you need for what. I consider myself pretty handy and great with instructions and figuring things out and I have had to redo this hardware 3 times and watch many YouTube videos trying to figure it out. Quality of the hardware itself is great, very sturdy once you figure out how to install it.
