Wrong part: resolved

UPDATE: seller ultimately (rather reluctantly?) provided me with a different length part after realizing they’d never provided it in the original packaging. It was challenging to get ahold of someone initially, but ultimately there was help.———-FIRST POSTNo one tested this hardware setup prior to selling it. The rollers on the inner rail will not roll past the wall brackets, even though I have made no modifications to the installation setup. And if they haven’t tested for functionality who is to say they’ve tested for safety?
