Instructions leave much to be desired

The instructions are about the size of a napkin and not very detailed on which pieces you need for what.
I consider myself pretty handy and great with instructions and figuring things out and I have had to redo this hardware 3 times and watch many YouTube videos trying to figure it out. Quality of the hardware itself is great, very sturdy once you figure out how to install it.

I was shocked for the price at the quality of this barn door hardware kit. It is well-built and easy to install. The instructions can be a little confusing - but customer service is top-notch and willing to help. I''d highly recommend!
