Just received this bag. It's very light and well made, with lots of useful compartments on the front, in the main compartment and even on the back. I really like that the inner fabric is light so you can clearly see what's inside. It can be loaded with a large number of items or carry multiple items; Everything you need. The straps are adjustable and can easily be used as a backpack or shoulder bag. While I CAN wear it over my shoulder, it's taller than I'd like (I'm 5ft 2in) so I probably won't be using it that often unless I have a tailor who changes straps. with longer ones. I spoke to customer service about this and they were very responsive and helpful and are considering making longer straps for future bags. I was impressed with how quickly they responded to my emails. The bag is very good value for money.
