Very helpful to manage staff outside of your presence
The ability it gives me as an agency owner/supervisor when I am out in our field or remote office setting up training sessions etc! It can be very difficult sometimes from being away offsite if there's no one else around who knows how things work (eg video chat). Sometimes certain features do not always function like expected either - which makes life even harder working remotely!! If given enough resources i would say go ahead but make sure someone understands all aspects before doing so otherwise will waste money & effort over something simple.

- Also allows us more accessability than ever by allowing those we serve have easier ways available via technology that they may never had
