I know the idea is to cook veggies with it and I often roast veggies but I decided to pair it with bacon and lamb chops try them and they worked really well! I enjoy cooking in my toaster as I am single and they are perfect for each other. Love the fact that they are durable and won't fall off when you hold them and they are easy to clean! All the fat flows between the ridges and is easy to scrape off. However, as other reviewers point out, they don't even take up the entire pan. They don't last much individually and I've never used the small square ones and don't think I'll last much. I wish they were bigger, at least enough to fill the entire baking sheet if that's an idea, although they're firm enough to put in the oven without them. I would even like a double size. Also, you can see in my photo that even after cleaning, there was some discoloration around the edges. Maybe it's because I cooked meat in it? To me that doesn't diminish their value, they're still pure.
