Doesn't stress much.
They do not tighten enough to be used on cats. The tightest setting is still too loose for my cats. Suitable for fat cats, but not suitable for normal cats. Also, one of my cats literally cut the collar in half and scratched it. I have them with three other cats and they are doing well. Just too big.
