Not Impressed: Cheap Captain's Hat
When I tried this item for my child`s nautical-themed birthday party, I was disappointed.While it was cheap, it looked even cheaper when worn. The captain's hat had an odd smell that lingered even after being aired out for days. Additionally, the sizing was off making it uncomfortable to wear. As a hesitant buyer, I think I'll stick to buying party supplies in the Home and Kitchen category, where I can find better quality items for a similar price..
