It did the job, but...

This window cleaning kit made it easy for me to clean sliding doors and also get into some hard-to-reach windows. I had some issues because it didn't seem to fit together like it was supposed to - the mop and cloth snapped in the same direction and the bottom of the pole wouldn't screw into the rest of the pole (sort of a threaded issue). I didn't try to return the product or ask for any help because I just needed to get the job done before I lost interest and had to wait another year or two for it to be ready, so I just got it working.
