I really like this teapot but I doubted it because I didn't know this seller. I recently bought a kettle and after a few days there was rust everywhere. I liked the look of this kettle, it has a Strix controller and it was the right size so I decided to give it a try. He is great! I've been using it every day since I received it a week ago. Here's the scoop: 1. Heats up quickly...at the max fill line, just under 6 minutes (I use room temperature water). Significantly less for smaller volumes.2. Looks good... smooth lines.3. No rust (love it.) 4. I use it with as little water as possible, heat it to heat cups, a hario dripper, gooseneck stove and rinse the filters. Then I add fresh (filtered) water and hit the switch again. Works perfectly. I don't have to wait for it to cool down or anything. No Questions.5. Great value for money and I'm grateful I don't have to buy a glass teapot. Two things to note: 1. It's a "cool touch" but feels warm. More than a plastic case.2. Don't tilt it too far when pouring. The water jet overflows a little through the spout, so it's better to keep everything in order. I would buy this kettle again. Highly recommended. If I see problems I will update this review. Enjoy!
