Appears to be a high quality peanut butter powder. I used it to make Italian crackers and it worked great. It has also worked in other appetizer recipes I've tried. You can use it to make pizza crusts, snack cookies, etc. So many possibilities. My Italian Cracker Recipe: 1/2 cup peanut butter/flour powder, 1/4 teaspoon sea salt or desired amount, 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder / 4 onion powder 4 teaspoons olive oil 2 chia eggs Then add 4 teaspoons olive oil . Stir the oil into the dry ingredients until well combined. Then add the chia egg. Mix until thoroughly mixed again ;) then place the ball of dough on the parchment paper. Place a second piece of parchment paper on top of the ball and roll out to desired cracker thickness. Then cut into squares and sprinkle with some sea salt. Bake for about 20 minutes. Then take it out and let it cool down. Enjoy! You can change the taste by using different spices. Cayenne pepper, cumin, and turmeric are also great spices to try!* (Make a chia egg by mixing 2 tablespoons ground chia seeds with 6 tablespoons water, stir, and let sit 10 minutes until thickened.)
