It's really nice that they offer me a refund and apologize for the problem. ? I am returning the product, I think the refund is not a favour. However, several messages followed asking me to change or remove my review. The last message was what you do, you can edit or delete it. So I updated it. I really appreciate that I received a refund thanks to the seller for solving my problem. I just don't like the pressure you put on me to change or delete my review. I still leave my rating with 2 stars, which are appropriate for the products. It's so painful. We tried 2 different blanket lengths, 2 different people. We both felt it was a torture device and we are in good shape.
