The hottest thing I've ever observed on my 5950x is 69 degrees at 70% of rpm, thus it does its job flawlessly. In the case of the Phanteks Enthoo 719, there is still room for a margin along the length, but the case was not made for such a thick radiator. I immediately got up to it with my Aorus x570s pro ax motherboard, and even though I intentionally took the RAM from the hooper guy since they are now the only low-profile dice available, the distance from the radiator to the RAM is approximately 1mm or less, so with a cockscomb span. Additionally, due to the motherboard's case, the radiator itself hangs crookedly and literally on 5 screws because there is no other way to fix it. However, everything is firmly anchored; nothing wobbles. Be cautious when purchasing and take into account all these details.
