I was afraid to change recessed lights. Lightbulbs rest right on top of the canister and I have no patience. I bought them skeptical as I thought they wouldn't last. But they do. They really do. And you can reuse them on the next lightbulb so you don't run through them. I would recommend them to anyone who really hates changing their built in lightbulbs or just needs a little help holding a lightbulb in place. A good product.
