Excellent customer support from excellent people
- They are fast to respond.- Very organized- Great pricing for their service level agreements (SLAs). Their team is very knowledgeable about AWS as well! Nothing so far that I would say was bad or not worth it but they have been great at helping us understand our needs when we first started using them last year. For anything related with Amazon Web Services specifically EC2 instances this has definitely helped me out tons!! I am involved with marketing for a local manufacturing company. The team at Schneider is always willing to help me learn about my account and what would be best for it. They are always available via email or phone when needed. I have never had any issues with them and they continue to bring new ideas and ways to market our product. Would recommend! We have been able to get our website up and running and we are now working on increasing social media presence.
- Fast customer response time from support staffs & sales representatives, even though outside business hours sometimes required extra calls back into office during nighttime times in US central coast area/Pacific coastal region where most people live between 9 pm until 3am Central Time zone daily which often takes an hour plus per week due mainly because many employees work shifts instead regular daytime job schedules while also having families too needing full attention
