To save space and money we decided to make a mini blanket instead of a large blanket. I'm only 5ft 3" and have a short torso so this seemed like a great deal. It was a good deal. I mean the money we saved was great, using my lovely memory foam pillow for my head was great and it was really thick enough to keep my hips straight when I was on my side. had to switch sides in the middle of the night, i rolled over and pressed my back against this mini snoogle and continued to use it for my knees. That way I didn't have to deal with the person trying to grab the pillow while I was under it. It worked really well, but there was one big minus: even with such a short and small torso, the small edge on the opposite side when I put the pillow between my legs, not a comfortable position. It was chest level whether I was looking at the pillow or away from it. As a result, I could not put the pillow as close to my body as possible. Stomach or back as I wanted because when I wanted the small protrusion was either under my chest or under my ribs at chest level depending on which side of me the pillow was on. With the increase in breast size during pregnancy, the last thing I needed was more material under the breasts. When I tried to tuck it under my ribs, it just created an uncomfortable pressure point. Sometimes I twisted this little end and pressed it against my face twice, other times I just pushed the top half of the pillow further away from me. my body, sometimes I'd move that little protrusion away from me a bit and flex the rest of the pillow to allow for that movement. It worked pretty well but honestly I think I would have slept better with a full size. said the price is so much lower it was a good buy and it still helped me endure nights MUCH BETTER than a regular pillow or body pillow between my knees. Also, this small size can easily serve as a "boppy" style nursing pillow, it's easier to travel with, and if you roll the whole pillow into a donut shape, it forms a support in the second trimester that I could comfortably use to sleep on on his stomach, so she has other advantages over his larger cousin. I liked using my regular pillow under my head so it would really depend on how important different aspects are to you.
