First off I would like to say that at first glance it looks and feels like the real thing. But that's not the case. It has high speed vibration but no vibrating power. It's like it has horsepower but no torque, so you barely feel the vibration. this is also very, very disappointing. The head came off almost immediately after I used it for the first time. I know it's supposed to be detachable but it just slides in and out with constant use so it's pretty crap as are the buttons on it I don't feel they will last very long they are not real buttons, they are like little pressure gauges that fit under a sheet of plastic and I feel like they wear out very quickly and also there is no strain relief on the cable so I'm pretty sure the cable wears out very quickly and then too it heats up quite quickly during usage, generally i wouldn't give it any stars if i was allowed, for the same money you could do better, you could also do better if you spent money on a real magic wand from Hitachi , if you use this maybe once or twice you will still be disappointed, if you use it every day it's rubbish. get something better though
