This was some of the best customer service and support I have ever experienced. *** Old post *** Brought headphones for my daughter in December. Initially they worked great, with good sound and easy to connect to devices. But after two months, the headphone case doesn't charge. Too bad these headphones were good because there are not many pink headphones on the market.
