Review on 🔲 Square Bottom Stainless Steel Handrail Bracket by Tom Goodlow

The product looks good and is of good quality. That's the problem. There are no instructions at all. Although I know how to use a screwdriver and tape measure, these are my first and probably last installation brackets and instructions would be helpful. It took me a while to figure out how to set what happens at all and I'm still not sure I did it in the easiest way. Second, there are no screws to attach equipment to the railing. I've just had 30 min. searching for the right size, length, color and a head that isn't too small or too big under all my extra screws. I have to drive to the hardware store to get the right screws. Need 8 together. Another thing that took me ages was finding the right hex tool. I've looked through my set, my husband's set and several different allen wrenches and I seem to have one that works although it doesn't seem to be doing its job very well and they keep coming loose. Can't believe the price of each mount didn't come with an Allen key and screws. I'm really thinking about taking them off the wall and putting them back. Yay! I'm sure a well-equipped wizard won't have a problem, but it's an easy setup if you don't spend all your time doing what I just described.
