Foam rubber visor with a thin cotton lining (possibly) on the side up. It was folded in a plastic bag leaving creases on the bill. There is a sticker on the visor/invoice saying it's 100% cotton made in China and the seams need to be held together with an adhesive that won't come off without sealing the underside of the foam scratch or damage. If this is to be bought to wear in the pool as a waterproof sunscreen then this may be what you are looking for but the packaging needs to be decided. It looks like what you would buy at a dollar store. To return.
